The lodge's fall induction weekend was held on Ocotber 8-10, 2010 at Camp Russell in Woodgate, NY. During the weekend 29 ordeal candidates were inducted and six ordeal members were converted to brotherhood membership. Some of the service projects completed on Saturday included; transplanting trees from the Conservation Area to the end of the parade field, winterizing the winter lodge and staining numerous tent platforms. One notable occurecne at this induction was the fact that the pre-ordeal ceremony was performed from memory without any scripts or other aids which has not been done in many years. Overall this induction was extremely successful for Ga-hon-Ga lodge and the lodge's membership would like to welcome our new brother's.

What: The Fall Induction weekend will be a great time to strengthen your ties of brotherhood in the OA. The induction weekend is also a great way to help out our council's camp's. Scouts who have been in the lodge for 10 months or more can take their brotherhood tests during this weekend. The registration form is posted below so make sure you return the registration form with your payment to the Scout Service Center!
